Rayson PrimeBond
Primers & bonding coats
Epoxy and specialist primers that anchor every Rayson system to the substrate — the first step of a coating that lasts.
From epoxy primers and epoxy floor coatings, most in 5 kg or 20 kg sets, through PU-cement screeds to polyurea waterproofing membranes: Rayson formulates and specifies every product in Singapore, has it made to that specification by its production partners, tests and releases every batch here, and supplies applicators, contractors and facility teams direct. Need the floor or wet area done? Rayson quotes the job, and an applicator from its network assesses and installs it. Read the data sheet, then request material pricing or an assessment.
System-matched layers · Published technical data · Formulated in Singapore, with support here
10 of the 28 products in the range are epoxy-based, and they do different jobs. FloorGuard is the roller-applied epoxy floor coating; LevelShield is the self-levelling epoxy; PrimeBond supplies the epoxy primers underneath both; PatchBond covers the epoxy repair mortar and thixotropic patching compound; StaticGuard the conductive epoxy finish; and HydroShield the water-based epoxy for occupied buildings.
The other 18 are deliberately not epoxy. Where a floor faces hot wash-down, thermal shock, sunlight or standing water, epoxy is the wrong answer — so the catalogue also carries PU-cement screed, polyurethane finishes, polyurea waterproofing, acrylic and anti-slip systems. Filtering by chemistry is the quickest way to see which is which.
Every product in the epoxy flooring catalogue publishes its full technical data sheet — coverage, mixing ratio, cure schedule and limitations — with no form and no email address.
Six stages cover priming, repair, body coats, finishes, waterproofing membranes and specialist performance — epoxy flooring, PU screed, self-levelling, polyurea waterproofing, anti-slip and ESD. Start with the layer you need.
Create the adhesion bridge between a correctly prepared substrate and the coating system above it.

Ten of the 28. FloorGuard R50 is the roller-applied epoxy floor coating, LevelShield SL120 the self-levelling epoxy, PrimeBond E20, E25 and S30 the epoxy primers, MortarBond EM90 and PatchBond TX80 the epoxy repair mortar and patching compound, StaticGuard CX90 the conductive epoxy finish, and HydroShield WE40 and WE45 the water-based epoxies.
Daily forklift traffic normally calls for a self-levelling epoxy such as Rayson LevelShield SL120 over a PrimeBond E20 primer, which gives a seamless, high-strength wearing surface. Lighter storage and pallet-truck areas can use a roller-applied epoxy like FloorGuard R50 at lower cost.
Choose epoxy for ambient-temperature floors with inorganic chemistry; it is harder and more economical. Choose polyurethane-cement, such as Rayson PurScreed PC70, when the floor faces hot wash-down, steam or organic acids, because epoxy can crack or soften under thermal shock.
Yes. Every Rayson product has a full technical data sheet published openly on this site — no form, no email address, no gating. You can read the coverage rates, mixing ratios, cure times and limitations before you contact anyone.
Rayson formulates and specifies 28 products across 11 families in Singapore, made to that specification by its production partners and released batch by batch in Singapore, covering epoxy, polyurethane, polyurethane-cement, polyurea, polyurethane-modified, water-based epoxy and acrylic chemistries — from primers and repair mortars to body coats, finishes, waterproofing membranes, anti-slip and static-control systems.
The substrate and its condition, the floor area, the traffic and chemical exposure it faces, any wash-down or temperature cycles, and the shutdown window available for installation. Photographs of the existing surface usually answer more questions than a written description.
SealForce WB20 — a one-part, water-based, polyurethane-modified membrane rolled on in two coats beneath the tiles of toilets, showers, bathrooms and balconies, with no primer and no mixing. For decks, roofs and heavier-duty wet areas the two-component polyurea membranes SealForce RC30 and RC40 take over. Every membrane has its technical data sheet published openly.
Send the substrate photos, area, exposure and available shutdown window. The Rayson team will help define a system direction around real project conditions.
