Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Veritas Nova Private Limited (UEN 202650473C), the Singapore company that owns and operates the Rayson High Performance Coatings brand and this website ("Rayson", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or quotation request, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, company, telephone number, email address, project requirement, and any photos or documents you choose to attach. We also record which page your enquiry came from (for example a specific product, industry, application, article or technical data sheet) so our team can respond with relevant context.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and provide relevant technical or quotation support. When you ask for the work to be done, we pass your name, contact details, project description and photos to the applicator from our network who inspects and carries out the job, so that it can contact you and arrange the site visit; in an HDB flat, that is a contractor on HDB's Directory of Renovation Contractors, which quotes you directly. We do not sell personal data to third parties. If you separately opt in to receive product updates, we will use your email address for that purpose only until you withdraw consent.
Marketing communications
Submitting a technical enquiry or quotation request does not enrol you in marketing communications. We only send product updates to visitors who have explicitly and separately opted in via the optional checkbox on our enquiry form, and you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.
Data retention and security
Enquiry details are retained only as long as needed to respond to your request and for reasonable record-keeping, and are stored with access limited to Rayson's technical and sales team and, for an installation enquiry, the applicator assigned to that job.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for your personal data at any time by contacting us using the details below.
