Coating manufacturer · Singapore

Protective coatings. Formulated in Singapore.

Founded in 2026, Rayson is a Singapore manufacturer of high-performance protective coating systems, built around clear technical documentation, responsive specification support and products designed for real project conditions.

The substrate, operating exposure, installation window and evidence your team can verify should define the system before a product name enters the conversation.

02 · From evidence to system

Start at the substrate. End with a system your team can verify.

This path does not replace a site assessment. It makes the first technical conversation start with the conditions that actually affect performance.

  1. 01

    Inspect the substrate

Record strength, contamination, moisture, cracks, joints and the condition of existing layers.

  2. 02

    Define the exposure

Set out traffic, chemicals, temperature, UV, cleaning and operating requirements.

  3. 03

    Build the system

Combine repair, primer, body coat, finish or membrane roles around the required function.

  4. 04

    Verify the current TDS

Check published use, substrates, mixing, coverage, application information and limitations.

03 · A clear job for every family

The range becomes useful when every product family has a clear role.

These groups explain system roles; they are not a final specification for a particular project. Open the representative products to continue into their product pages and TDS.

04 · Evidence open before the sales conversation

A buyer can verify the essentials before speaking to sales.

Open documents and decision tools let the technical conversation begin with real conditions instead of an unqualified product pitch.

05 · Procurement and specification questions

Verify the essentials before Rayson enters the shortlist.

01 Can Rayson supply materials and arrange floor installation?

Rayson formulates and specifies its coating materials in Singapore; they are made to that specification by its production partners, and every batch is tested and released in Singapore. Rayson quotes installation jobs, and applicators in its network carry them out. Tell us whether you need materials only, supply and installation, or technical specification support. Confirm the quotation, contracting party and product and workmanship warranty responsibilities for your project before accepting a quotation.

02 What does Rayson manufacture?

Rayson manufactures high-performance protective coating systems for industrial and commercial floors, walls and structures. The range includes primers, epoxy flooring, self-levelling systems, polyurethane finishes, PU-cement screeds, waterproofing membranes, anti-slip, static-control, sports-surface and concrete-repair products.

03 Can Rayson support consultants and project specifications?

Yes. Rayson supports consultants, quantity surveyors, contractors and facility teams with system direction, current technical data sheets and product limitation information. Final selection still has to be checked against the substrate, exposure and project requirements.

04 Are Rayson technical data sheets publicly available?

Yes. The current public TDS library can be opened without submitting a form. Each document provides the published intended use, substrates, mixing, coverage, application information and limitations for the relevant product.

05 How should a buyer choose a Rayson coating system?

Start with the substrate, current condition, traffic, chemical or temperature exposure, cleaning regime, moisture and the available installation window. Rayson can then help shortlist a system and identify the relevant product pages and TDS documents.

06 What are Rayson’s lead times and minimum order quantities?

Lead times and minimum order quantities depend on the product, pack configuration, colour and required delivery date. Send the project requirement to Rayson for a confirmed commercial response.

07 Does Rayson manufacture decorative or automotive paint?

No. Rayson focuses on high-performance protective coatings for industrial and commercial floors, walls and structures. The company does not offer automotive-refinish or general decorative-paint ranges.

Ready to discuss real project conditions?

Send the substrate, exposure and installation window.

Include surface photographs, area, current condition and the required return-to-service window. Rayson’s technical team will reply within one working day with the relevant system direction and published information.

Paint manufacturer, Singapore

Coatings manufacturer, paint manufacturer — one company, two words for it.

Buyers and specifiers search for both. Rayson operates as a paint and coatings manufacturer in Singapore: we formulate and specify the material in Singapore, have it made to that specification by our production partners, test and release every batch here, publish a technical data sheet for every product, and supply it in sets to applicators, contractors, facility teams and specifiers. We do not install with our own crews: Rayson quotes the job and an applicator in the Rayson network installs it, under the workmanship warranty set out in Rayson's quotation.

The practical consequence is that the specification and the material come from the same place. The consumption figure inside a quotation can be checked against the data sheet it came from, because we publish the data sheet.
